Our Charities
The Tampa Bay Sentinels raise money to support the Boys and Girls Club of the Suncoast and Up with Downs of Pinellas. We also help other charities at special events and fundraisers. Like any charity organization, we are struggling during these hard economic times.
For a public safety professional quitting is fatal, and never an option. Tampa Bay Sentinel players are taking this attitude to the football field. The Tampa Bay Sentinels' effort to raise money for charity also benefits from this dedication to "Never Quit".
On their days off they're usually at football practice hitting each other. If not, they're out in the community looking for sponsors and raising money for our charities. Just because you may not be able to experience the true joy of hitting a guy so hard that his dog yelps, there are many ways you can help the Sentinels off the field.
Of course we take donations.We have made it real easy for you to donate. Its tax deductible, (ask your tax pro) and all you have to do is click the "Donate" button below. Product and service donations also help.We can also always use sports drinks on game days, coolers, and football equipment. We also need catering for parties and after-game events. We are always in need of donated printing services and those services needed by most organization. In short, if you think it will help, it probably will. Like to shop? How about some authentic Tampa Bay Sentinel merchandise? Its available now in our Team Store. Last, and certainly not least, we need people. We need people to help us by volunteering their time to work in our concession stands at Tropicana Field during baseball season and other events there. We need people to help us help other charities at events like the St. Anthony's Hospital Fundraising Marathon and volunteer their time with us at other fundraisers. If none of that sounds like anything you want to do, how about coming out to a game for some Tampa Bay Sentinel hard hitting football? No matter how you choose to help, know that it is appricieated by every single member of the Tampa Bay Sentinels.
